We are looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a part-time basis, contracted to 14 hours per week. You will join a team that takes pride in what they do, in their food, and in its people. As a Retail Assistant, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment. You will have opportunities to progress within a company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.

Please note: This role is contracted to 50.2 weeks per year.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience.
- Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service.
- Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Handling cash and operating the cash register.
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations.
