You will prepare high-quality food, help manage menus, and support continuous improvement while representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image.
The ideal candidate will hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, have food hygiene certification, and experience supervising a team in a similar chef
