ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services is seeking an ambitious Chef to join Defence catering on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You will prepare high-quality meals and lead a kitchen team within a market-leading food service environment.
You will oversee menu changes, respond to feedback, ensure hygiene standards, and support menu creation while representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image across sites.
