ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services is seeking a Chef de Partie on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) to deliver high-quality food for Defence clients in the UK. You will prepare meals, support menu development, and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, have team supervision experience, and a valid Food Hygiene certificate, with a flexible approach to shifts.
