ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services in the UK is seeking a Chef for Gibraltar Barracks to provide breakfast, lunch and dinner for Defence personnel, including events and functions. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a 5 over 7 shift pattern, and offers progression within Compass Group UK&I’s Defence catering team.
The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ, a Food Hygiene certificate, and proven experience supervising a kitchen.
