Join the Retail Assistant role at ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services. We are looking for a Retail Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Defence on a part-time basis, contracted to 10 hours per week. You will join a team that takes pride in what they do, takes pride in their food and most of all, joins a company that takes pride in its people.
Here’s an idea of your shift patterns: 5 out of 7 days.
Key Responsibilities- Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
- Being knowledgeable about our service and helping customers with natural, engaging service
- Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
- Handling cash and operating the cash register
