We're currently recruiting dedicated Bar Staff to ensure the smooth operation of Defence on a part-time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week. As a Bar Staff member, you will maintain high standards of quality work. Your shift patterns will typically be 4 out of 7 days. Please note: This role is contracted for 50 weeks per year.

- Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food to delight customers
- Maintaining an effective bar service with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Keeping the bar area clean

- Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards)
