We\’re currently recruiting talented Bar Staff to create beautifully crafted drinks and provide exceptional customer service for Defence on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

Shift patterns will be variable shifts.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Preparing blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights customers
• Maintaining effective bar service with a focus on high-quality, efficient service
• Keeping the bar area clean
• Having knowledge of all beverages served, how to prepare and present them
• Processing payments (cash and credit cards)
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
• Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Following Health & Safety regulations
