UK Hydrographic Office, Taunton is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a daytime catering operation delivering breakfast and lunch for up to 200 customers daily. You will manage a small kitchen team, ensure food prepared to high standards and maintain HACCP and safety compliance, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager.
The role offers 7:00am–3:30pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility, a strong focus on food quality and customer service, and opportunities to develop a positive team
