Salary: Β£33,337 Per Annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (with flexibility)

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Office Manager to support our Operations Director at HMNB Clyde. This pivotal role ensures seamless coordination across our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and acts as a key link between ESS and internal/external stakeholders, including strategic partners and military personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage diaries, travel arrangements, and inboxes for the Operations Director.
  • Coordinate and support senior leadership meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and tracking actions.
  • Oversee office operations and administrative functions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and action logs.
  • Manage access for visiting staff and oversee security clearance processes.
  • Run the 24-hour help desk and support reporting systems.
