We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
As a Facilities Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facility management with the wider facilities team. Please note: This role is contracted to 50.2 weeks per year.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Undertake minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the exterior of the site is clean, tidy and in a reasonable state of repair, including general external maintenance tasks.
- Assist the facilities team with the control of contractor processes, ensuring contractors are signed in correctly, signed out, and that everyone adheres to site policies and rules.
- Open and/or close the building where required.
- Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
