We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team as an Events Manager. This role is responsible for planning and delivering Esri UK’s flagship conferences, ensuring they run smoothly, deliver a great experience and achieve clear business outcomes. You will take ownership of three major conferences each year, working across teams and suppliers to bring everything together from initial planning through to delivery and post event evaluation.

As our Events Manager you will:
- Lead the planning and delivery of three Esri UK conferences each year.
- Own the end to end delivery of events, from initial planning through to on the day execution and post event evaluation.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate across marketing, sales, technical teams and leadership to align content and objectives.
- Manage relationships with venues, suppliers and external partners.
- Oversee event logistics including registration, production, staging and attendee experience.
- Ensure all elements of the conference are delivered to a high standard and on time.
- Work closely with marketing teams to support event promotion and attendance.
- Manage speakers, agendas and session planning.
- Oversee on site delivery, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Lead post event reporting, including feedback, performance and recommendations for improvement.
Be UK based with the entitlement to work full time in the UK.

The location: This is a UK based role. You will be expected to visit our head office in Aylesbury occasionally, attend meetings and travel to events as required. Overnight stays will be required.
