We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Executive. This role is focused on creating engaging content and managing digital channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and paid campaigns. You will take ownership of digital activity, ensuring content connects with the right audiences and drives engagement and lead generation.

As our Digital Marketing Executive you will:
- Plan and deliver digital campaigns across social media and paid channels
- Create high quality, engaging content with a strong focus on LinkedIn
- Own and manage LinkedIn content and activity
- Develop creative ideas that drive engagement and interaction
- Tailor content to different audiences, sectors and campaign goals
- Run and optimise paid campaigns to support awareness and lead generation
- Work with the wider marketing team to align digital activity with campaigns
- Collaborate with design teams to bring ideas to life
- Monitor performance and optimise based on results
- Test new content formats and approaches to improve engagement
Be UK-based with the entitlement to work full-time in the UK.

Location: This is a UK based role. You will be expected to visit our head office in Aylesbury occasionally, attend meetings and travel to events as required. Overnight stays may be required.
