Customer Operations Administrator
Location: Aylesbury, UK (Hybrid – 1–2 days per week in the office)
We’re expanding our Customer Operations Team and looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrator to help us deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. This is a varied and rewarding role involving day-to-day system management, order processing, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
- Order & Invoice Management: Processing customer orders, raising invoices, issuing credits, and resolving related queries.
- Sales Support: Assisting with order and licence queries from our internal teams.
- Customer Data Management: Monitoring and maintaining accurate customer and financial records.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline operational processes.
About you
- Have experience using Finance and CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar).
- Be confident with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams).
- Be proactive, organised, and able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
- Have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Enjoy following processes and working both independently and collaboratively.
