As a Customer Success Consultant, you will:

  • Work alongside Account Managers to understand customer challenges and demonstrate how ArcGIS technology can address their business needs.
  • Support the identification and progression of sales opportunities through technical discovery, demonstrations and solution recommendations.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, webinars and customer-facing content to support marketing campaigns and industry events.
  • Apply business analysis techniques to understand customer requirements and contribute to recommended GIS solutions.
  • Develop and share best practice knowledge relating to ArcGIS and its application within the Transport sector.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, demonstrations and sector-specific content to support colleagues and customers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the wider Pre-Sales team, providing technical support and mentoring to colleagues and graduates.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners and other stakeholders across the geospatial community.
  • Stay up to date with Transport industry trends, GIS developments and emerging technologies.

You would make a great Customer Success Consultant if you have:

  • A strong working knowledge of the ArcGIS Platform, including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, web applications, mobile applications and supporting data products.
  • Experience of applying GIS technology to solve business problems and deliver value for customers.
  • Confidence working directly with customers and presenting technical solutions to a variety of audiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to explain technical concepts clearly and articulate the business benefits of ArcGIS solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and enjoy working collaboratively with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when required.
  • A keen interest in the Transport sector and how geospatial technology can support Roads, Rail, Ports and Airports.
  • Experience within the geospatial, transport, engineering, infrastructure or related industries (desirable).
  • Experience with CAD or design technologies (desirable).
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays (desirable).
