We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Marketing team as a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation. This is a key leadership role where you will shape and deliver marketing that directly drives pipeline and revenue, while leading a team across digital, content and campaign marketing.

As our Marketing Manager, Demand Generation you will:

  • Own Marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue across key sectors.
  • Lead the strategy, creation and delivery of growth-focused sales campaigns aligned to business priorities.
  • Define campaign approach, including messaging, channels, targeting and success measures.
  • Lead campaign delivery, shaping and refining activity with your team.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to identify opportunities, shape campaigns and improve conversion.
  • Lead and develop the marketing growth team, providing clear direction, priorities and support.
  • Bring together campaign, digital and content activity into a clear, joined-up approach.
  • Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across the full funnel.
  • Be UK based with the entitlement to work full time in the UK.
  • Use CRM and marketing automation tools to drive insight, segmentation and performance improvement.
  • Lead testing and optimisation to improve campaign performance and conversion.
  • Establish clear reporting and KPIs to track performance and inform decision making.
  • Manage budgets and ensure marketing investment delivers strong return.

The location: This is a UK-based role. You will be expected to visit our head office in Aylesbury regularly, attend meetings and travel to events as required. Overnight stays may be required.
