As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Develop and execute a proactive talent acquisition strategy to meet business growth objectives.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and candidate assessments.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, from sourcing to offer management.
- Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, employer branding, and partnerships (e.g., universities, tech communities).
- Optimise recruitment processes for efficiency, diversity, and candidate experience.
- Leverage data and insights to track hiring metrics and improve strategies.
- Champion Esri UK’s employer brand, promoting our culture and values to candidates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within tech, or a related industry.
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, talent pools).
- Experience hiring technical roles (e.g., software engineers, GIS specialists) is a plus.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for employer branding and creating an inclusive hiring process.
- Experience in benchmarking niche roles.
