About our Graduate Programme

Our Graduate GIS Consultant Programme offers an exceptional opportunity to gain experience across key areas of our business over 18–24 months. You'll rotate through several departments—such as Technical Support, Pre-Sales, Product Communications, Sales, Marketing, Localisation, Not-for-Profit, Education, and Professional Services—working on real projects that make an impact. From day one, you'll be on a permanent contract, and upon completing the programme, we'll work with you to find your next role within Esri UK. We're proud that our graduates build lasting careers with us.

Who we are looking for:

  • Graduates who are enthusiastic about geospatial technology and keen to develop their careers with Esri UK.
  • Predicted or achieved at least a 2:1 in a relevant degree (e.g., GIS, Geography, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with customers and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a curiosity to explore new ideas and better ways of working.
  • Willingness to relocate or commute to Aylesbury (with at least three days per week in the office).
  • Eligibility to work full-time in the UK until at least September 2028 and eligible to pass a basic security clearance.
