As our Account Manager/Customer Success Manager you will: –
- Engage with customers : Help both new and existing clients make the most of their GIS software, ensuring they realize its full value.
- Build relationships : Foster long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and proactively offering solutions.
- Drive growth : Identify opportunities to expand the use of GIS across customer organizations, contributing to the growth of Esri UK.
- Be a trusted advisor : Provide expert guidance, collaborating with colleagues to address challenges and deliver solutions.
You would make a great Account Manager/Customer Success Manager if you have
- Experience : Ideally, you’ve worked in B2B sales or customer-facing roles. If you have good transferable experience and skills, we will train you to be successful
- Communication skills : You’re a natural at building relationships and can clearly communicate complex ideas.
- Self-motivated : You’re able to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- Passion for technology : While previous GIS knowledge isn’t required, a genuine interest in technology is key. We’ll provide comprehensive training.
- Customer-centric mindset : You listen to customers, understand their needs, and ensure they are fully supported.
- Team player – would enjoy working in a supportive, friendly and enthusiastic team
- We offer a competitive basic salary (starting from at least £28k) plus a generous bonus paying c. 20% per annum
