Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review high volumes of financial transactions, including invoice matching and coding
- Coordinate approvals and assist with payment processing activities
- Manage shared inbox communications and respond to vendor inquiries
- Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting requirements
- Prepare audit schedules and assist with audit requests
