With several new developments launching, Esquire Developments is looking to appoint an ambitious Sales Progressor to support the Sales Team. Based at our Head Office in Longfield, this role is ideal for someone with some relevant experience who is looking to build their career within the property sector and join a growing and dynamic business. You will work closely with the Sales Progression team, playing a key role in progressing transactions from reservation through to completion.

The Sales Team offers a highly supportive, collaborative environment.

We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills, are highly organised, task-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting and actively contributing to the progression of reservations through to exchange
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on COINS and internal systems
  • Issuing Memorandum of Sale documents
  • Regularly liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors to drive progress
  • Communicating confidently with buyers to provide updates and manage expectations
  • Identifying delays or issues in the sales process and escalating where required
  • Supporting legal set-up for new developments
Key Attributes and Experience
  • Previous experience in property, sales progression, or a similar role preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Desire to progress into a Sales Progressor role
  • Excellent customer service and care skills
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate ability to use their own initiative
