We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Director to drive the adoption of our market-leading solutions for API lifecycle management in the financial industry. Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  • Proactively build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to closing deals—with a strong focus on achieving annual targets and revenue goals.
  • Manage inbound inquiries effectively, respond promptly and professionally, and guide prospects through the sales process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and create accurate, compelling commercial quotes, proposals and pricing documents.
  • Represent the company and promote its brand at professional events, conferences and industry gatherings while building strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.

Position Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience selling financial software solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, multi-year deals.
  • Experience selling software to capital markets clients, including exchanges and banks.
  • Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain sophisticated solutions in a simple, accessible manner.
  • Solid understanding of the electronic trading ecosystem.
  • Attention to detail in emails, documents and verbal communication.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
