Esprit Film & Television is looking for a Kitroom Lead to join our small, specialist team.
Location: Based in Stroud (many of our team commute from Bristol).
Start: October (to overlap with outgoing Kitroom Lead).
We supply RED, ARRI, Sony and custom underwater rigs to productions across natural history, features, commercials, and factual entertainment.
The role
- Prepare & de-prep camera, audio, underwater systems and scuba equipment
- Maintain & test specialist gear; manage repairs and spares
- Support sales and productions with kit R&D
- Consult with our Director (Dave) on production/testing
- On Location technical services
- On-call support on occasional jobs (by agreement)
- Keep up-to-date with camera/audio/underwater tech
- Train and supervise junior technicians (as we grow)
What we’re looking for
HSE IV commercial diving qualification desired (equivalents considered)
Training & handover provided by our outgoing Kitroom Lead.
Scope for continuous workplace training.
