Esports Youth Club is looking for a proactive, organised and action-oriented Programmes and Impact Officer to support the next stage of our growth. This is a broad coordination role, covering programme administration, basic finance processes, data systems, grant reporting, inbox management and project support. We are open to applications from graduates or early-career candidates. You do not need years of prior experience, but you do need to be sharp, reliable, comfortable with numbers, and able to take ownership of tasks from start to finish. The right person will be attentive, practical and keen to contribute. They will help keep EYC organised behind the scenes so our delivery team can focus on high-quality work with young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational coordination across EYC programmes and projects.
- Manage day-to-day use of FreeAgent, including reconciling payments and loading invoices.
- Maintain project records and keep project views up to date.
- Maintain the CRM platform, including attendance, monitoring and outcomes data.
- Monitor and respond to contact inbox queries.
- Liaise with local groups, partners and community organisations.
- Manage inbound private event enquiries and support follow-up.
- Support grant reporting.
- Create simple systems, documents and templates as needed.
