ESPO is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead core and seasonal staff across Goods In, Replenishment, Picking and Goods Out, ensuring the efficient flow of products and achievement of shift targets.
You will hold an NVQ2 or ILM Level 3 and have proven experience in a large fast-moving distribution warehouse (about 5,000 SKUs), with strong numeracy, communication and IT skills including WMS and Excel; you will motivate staff as a first line manager and help drive KPI targets.
