This is an exciting and varied role for a highly organised, practical and self-motivated individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will manage instrument hire records and stock control systems, coordinate delivery and collection schedules, drive and load a service van, and maintain efficient storage facilities. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that concerts, events, lessons and musical activities are properly resourced and delivered smoothly.

We are looking for someone with experience in stock management, logistics planning and database systems, alongside good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of musical instruments and resources would be advantageous, as would the ability to prioritise workloads effectively and work with minimal supervision. If you are highly organised, enjoy problem-solving, and want to make a real contribution to helping young people access high-quality musical opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
