About the Role
We are looking for a Leadership Support Assistant full time to provide a professional, proactive and efficient personal administrative support service to Executive Councillors:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy environment alongside colleagues, external partners and citizens.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Diary management/prioritising and meeting deadlines
- IT skills
- Experience of working flexibly and under pressure
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Team working
This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English, is an essential requirement for the role.
