About the Role:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities? Spring Meadow Day Service is looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team on a job share basis. In this rewarding role, you will lead and support a team of Care Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and fulfilment. You’ll be responsible for coordinating care plans, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with care standards, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both citizens and colleagues.
About You:
- Proven experience in adult social care and team leadership
- Strong understanding of person-centred care planning
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to equality, dignity, and respect in care delivery
A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vibrant day service and help shape the future of care provision in Nottingham.
