About the Role

To manage and deliver all aspects of the Distribution team’s operations. Ensure that the Distribution function works efficiently, legally and compliant with governmental regulations. Monitor and report on departmental performance.

About You

To apply for this post, you must:

  • Certificate of Professional Competence in Goods Transport (Or be working towards this qualification).
  • Substantial experience in managing staff in a distribution environment.
  • Proven experience in identifying and meeting customer needs.
  • Substantial and proven experience in using data to inform and assist areas for improvement.
  • Extensive knowledge of distribution practices and developments.
  • Extensive knowledge of Road Transport Legislation and Operations.

We’d also expect you to share our commitment to our values and will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the interview process.
