Are you highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy solving problems, analysing data and working collaboratively across teams? If so, ESPO is looking for a Returns Coordinator to join our Operations team.
About the Role
As a Returns Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the accurate and efficient processing of customer returns and failed deliveries. Working closely with Customer Services, Transport and Warehouse teams, you will ensure issues are resolved quickly, records are maintained accurately and customers receive a high-quality service. You'll also analyse return and delivery data to identify trends, support continuous improvement initiatives and help prevent backlogs that could impact customers by identifying and implementing process improvements in collaboration with the Operations and Customer Experience management teams.
About You

- Has experience working in a warehouse, logistics or operational environment.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and multiple business systems.
- Has excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Can manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Enjoys investigating problems and finding practical solutions.
- Can communicate effectively with colleagues and customers and demonstrates a positive, proactive and team-focused approach.
- Has experience working towards KPIs and service targets.
