Role & Responsibilities:
- To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the utmost hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
- To ensure all complaints are minimised and handled professionally as in accordance with our policies
- To supervise the restaurant breakfast team in line with company policies and manuals
- Work with the Restaurant Manager to maximise sales performance and achieve sales in line with targets
- Ensure effective control of stock and staff costs in the Restaurant Manager's absence
- To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual:
- Serve food and drinks, quickly and efficiently, meeting our five star standards.
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
- Make guests aware of offers on our great food and drink range
- To assist in any function or events set ups in accordance with procedures
- To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
- To observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety, food and hygiene regulations
- Ensure high standards of financial and reporting diligence in accordance with company policy
- To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
- To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
