To support the effective operation and maintenance of company facilities by carrying out repairs, upkeep tasks, and general site support, ensuring a safe, clean, and professional working environment across all locations.
Main Duties
- Perform repairs across site as required to fixtures and fittings
- Painting and decorating
- Install appliances and equipment
- Assist in the upkeep of yards and landscaped areas
- Disposal of waste to designated areas
- Setting up of the meeting rooms and replenishing the refreshments
- Support with statutory inspections
- Help to promote a positive health and safety environment
- Provide support to other companies/sites within the group where necessary
- Assist in producing display material to keep all showrooms and trade stands up to date
- Driving of company vehicles
- Provide additional support within the department where required
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Driving Licence
- Basic electrical wiring knowledge
