We are seeking a highly organised Property & Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities team. The Property & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the effective maintenance and compliance of the company’s properties across multiple sites. A key aspect of the role is the management and co‑ordination of external contractors, ensuring planned and reactive activities are completed safely and on time. Main Duties

  • Act as the first point of contact for site facilities issues
  • Build effective relationships with site managers and department leaders
  • Coordinate facilities management activities across multiple company locations
  • Maintain a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule for all sites
  • Arrange and monitor reactive maintenance works, ensuring prompt resolution of issues
  • Ensure Legionella compliance across sites
  • Support office moves, refurbishments and workspace reconfigurations where required
  • Maintain accurate service records of property assets
  • Maintenance schedules and site documentation
  • Monitor facilities helpdesk requests and ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales
  • Source, coordinate and manage external contractors and service providers when required
  • Schedule contractor visits across multiple locations
  • Monitor contractor performance against agreed service levels and contractual expectations
  • Challenge poor performance and escalat e issues where necessary
  • Obtain quotations and support procurement activities for property and facilities services
  • Support the wider team with facilities/health & Safety tasks when required

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Previous experience in a Facilities, Property, Workplace or Building Services role
  • Experience coordinating contractors and managing supplier relationships
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements within a facilities environment
  • Experience working across multiple sites or locations
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

Desirable

  • Experience within a manufacturing, warehouse or industrial environment

Education and Qualifications

  • GCSE English or demonstrable experience
