Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Location: London and other UK locations – hybrid role 3 days onsite with remote flexibility

Employment Type: Full-Time/FTC

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and implement high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions across the organization. You will serve as a strategic technical leader, guiding the development, integration, and optimization of the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions, including core platform configuration, custom development, and third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
  • Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and security by applying Salesforce best practices.
  • Oversee data modeling, migration, and governance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure code quality through design reviews and mentoring.
  • Manage and optimize platform performance, integrations, and automation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to recommend platform improvements.
  • Support DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in an architecture or technical leadership role.
  • Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Proven experience designing and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA) are highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, security models, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce deployment.
  • Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus
