Are you a seasoned digital experience consultant who thrives at the crossroads of platform strategy, client transformation, and human-centred design? If so, this is the role for you.
As a Senior Digital Experience Consultant, you'll lead complex enterprise engagements from start to finish working closely with senior client stakeholders to define platform architecture, governance strategy, and digital workplace roadmaps. You'll manage multiple delivery workstreams simultaneously while keeping the end-user experience at the heart of every decision.
Experience
- 12+ years in professional services, digital experience consulting, or enterprise platform implementation
- Deep hands-on expertise with one or more leading DXP platforms: Viva Engage / SharePoint, Staffbase, Powell, Simpplr, Lumapps, or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, both standard SaaS and bespoke technical delivery, without sacrificing quality
- Strong track record of executive stakeholder engagement: leading workshops, navigating complex organisations, and building trusted advisor relationships
- Demonstrated experience in end-user experience design, employee journey mapping, and user research
