job details Experience: 11-12 years in enterprise integration and large-scale data migration programmes.
Location: Onshore. The Integration Engineer (Lead) will be available locally and can come to client location as and when required, enabling rapid coordination with system owners, day-to-day work management, and close collaboration with client internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end integration design, build, and delivery across all in-scope systems.
Serve as the primary Espire point of contact, owning day-to-day delivery and stakeholder relationships.
Coordinate offshore Data Engineer activities, task allocation, and quality assurance.
Manage and coordinate flex developer resources if and when activated.
Own integration architecture decisions in collaboration with client solution architect and programme team.
Ensure integration volumes, complexities, and risks are actively managed and escalated appropriately.
The Integration Engineer (Lead) brings both integration expertise and data migration experience, providing genuine coverage across both workstreams and reducing client dependency on multiple specialist contractors.
