Scope of Work
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and user stories.
- Conduct comprehensive testing under both functional and non-functional scopes.
- Review, develop, and align test plans, test cases/data, scenarios, and strategies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Execute manual and automated testing utilizing Tricentis TOSCA or equivalent tools, including preparation of relevant test data as required.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts.
- Participate in, support, and review functionality and technical testing, including performance, security, interface integration, and usability assessments.
- Evaluate test reports and outcomes provided by the Authority's appointed contractors for the Authority's systems by:
- Reviewing and understanding vendors' source code prior to deployment.
- Supporting and reviewing on-site Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Facilitating and providing support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinating user training sessions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer or electronics engineering, information technology, or related fields.
- Having certifications such as Certified Software Testing Professional or Certified Software Quality Analyst is seen as an additional advantage.
- Practical experience with application support and maintenance for government public services is desirable.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and solid interpersonal skills, including tact, presentation, and active listening.
- It is advantageous to have experience:
- Automated testing tools like Tricentis TOSCA or comparable alternatives; and
- Performing tests for government public service applications.
