Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Identify, qualify and pursue new leads, accounts, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute sales targets for ASEAN market growth.
  • Build strong relationship with CXOs, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Manage complete sales life cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate Sales/CRM records, forecasts and Pipeline reports.
  • Monitor customer/market needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business development.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore/ASEAN market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Experience selling IT services/SaaS/local enterprises or regional clients is a plus.
