Espire infolabs is hiring for an Intelex Administrator for Dartford, UK location.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Intelex Administrator / Developer to take ownership of the Intelex platform, a critical Health & Safety (EHS) system used across the business. Currently, the platform is managed directly by business users with limited IT governance. This role will establish structure, provide day-to-day support, and drive technical improvements allowing business stakeholders to focus on strategic initiatives instead of operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Administration & Support
- Act as the primary administrator for the Intelex platform
- Manage daily support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
- Configure modules, workflows, forms, and dashboards based on business needs
- Handle user management, roles, and access controls
- Configuration & Continuous Improvement
- Translate business requirements into system configurations
- Optimize existing processes and improve system usability
- Maintain data integrity and support reporting needs
- Development & Enhancements
- Deliver change requests including custom development and enhancements
- Work with technologies such as JavaScript, SQL, APIs, and integrations
- Build and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems (HR, ERP, etc.)
- Governance & Ownership
- Introduce IT governance, best practices, and documentation
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support system upgrades, audits, and compliance initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working with the Intelex platform (Admin, Config, or Development)
- Strong understanding of EHS / Health & Safety systems
- Experience in system configuration, workflows, and user management
- Development exposure (JavaScript, SQL, APIs, or similar)
- Ability to manage support and development in parallel
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing governance for business-managed platforms
- Background in EHSQ, ESG, or compliance systems
- Experience working in global environments (UK/India collaboration)
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
