Requirements:
- 10+ years overall data engineering experience
- Good communication skills and ability to lead projects from onsite
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Lead end-to-end ADF setup and migration activities
- Experience migrating from legacy ETL tools to ADF
- Strong knowledge of Azure services (ADLS, Azure SQL, Optional, Synapse)
- Define architecture, standards, best practices, and CI/CD
- Guide and mentor junior engineers
