Caseworkers play an essential role in supporting our remit to protect the public by regulating dental professionals in the UK. You will work within a supportive and collaborative environment, progressing cases in a timely fashion, whilst delivering excellent customer service.
Person Specification
- Regulatory or similar environment experience, managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Able to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment, using prioritisation and organisational skills when managing competing deadlines.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, case information and other records using the case management system.
- Use of analytical skills, exploring investigative options with an attention to detail.
- Taking a creative approach to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Ability to champion continuous improvement and assist in the implementation of change in the team.
