We are expanding our residential division and are looking for motivated, client-focused Residential Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for brokers who are passionate about property, understand Dubai's fast-moving residential market, and are driven to close deals across sales and leasing. Whether you specialize in endâusers, investors, or landlords, this is an opportunity to build a strong pipeline and earn uncapped commission in one of the world's most dynamic property markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage clients seeking to buy, sell, or rent residential properties
- Conduct professional property viewings, advising on layouts, amenities, communities, and lifestyle benefits
- Provide accurate guidance on pricing, market trends, and investment potential
- Negotiate sales and tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations
- Prepare and manage offers, contracts, MoUs, and tenancy documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, investors, and fellow brokers
- Stay informed on new launches, handovers, and secondary market activity
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to secure repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Experience in residential real estate or sales (Dubai market experience preferred)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Selfâmotivated, targetâdriven, and comfortable working independently
- Professional appearance and clientâfocused mindset
- Valid UAE driving license
- Financial readiness to support up to 6 months in a commissionâonly role
- Ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse client base
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage)
- Must be 20 years of age or older
- Fully confident working on a commissionâonly basis
