Support Worker – The Croft Centre (Sunderland)

An opportunity has arisen within the Croft Centre for an individual to join our very busy and diverse service.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who would like to extend their knowledge in supporting adults with diverse needs, including various conditions related to ASD, sensory impairments, and health conditions. We support adults in many different activities based in the community and in-house.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Can demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to support
• Value teamwork and can work with colleagues at all levels in an open, cohesive, and inclusive way
• Can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Are willing to participate in training to develop an understanding of the principles of non-aversion and the use of low arousal techniques
