Ashleigh, our service in Newcastle, supports up to 10 young Autistic people to enjoy a lifestyle of their choice. We also have a number of day students who attend as part of ESPA College. We are looking for people who share our values and attitudes and can work as part of a team. Experience of supporting people with disabilities is an advantage but not essential. You will be offered extensive training from the day you join us and throughout your career.
