Espa is seeking a Functional Skills Tutor (Maths) for Tithebarn to plan and conduct initial and diagnostic assessments, design engaging learning programmes, and support Functional Skills exams coordination. You will gather evidence for RARPA portfolios and set targets for learners from Entry to Level 2, including learners who may present behaviour that challenges.

The role offers induction and ongoing development within a supportive team, with opportunities to tailor sessions to individual needs.
