Ideal Candidate
- Are willing to work as part of a team and within protocols and guidelines
- Have worked with Autistic adults, but not essential as full training provided
- Have a high level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery
- Have a level of fitness that enables participation in activities as part of agreed programmes
- Although not essential, a clean driving licence would be advantageous
