ESPA is seeking compassionate staff to join Lawreth, a small specialised service supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, OCD behaviours and complex needs. You’ll provide 24‑hour person‑centred support as part of a friendly team, including 12‑hour day shifts and waking nights, helping residents develop independence and daily living skills with dignity.
