We are looking to recruit a compassionate and enthusiastic Deputy Service Manager.
If you have experience leading teams supporting autistic adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions. This could be an exciting opportunity for you!
We are looking to recruit someone who has the following skills, experience and qualities:
- A positive and encouraging attitude
- Commitment to improving quality of life for autistic people
- Experience supporting and leading staff teams
- Experience working with external multidisciplinary teams and professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
