Join our friendly, experienced team at Lawreth, a small, specialised service supporting two adult men with autism, learning disabilities, OCD behaviours and complex needs. You’ll provide 24‑hour person‑centred support as part of the team, including 12‑hour day shifts and waking nights, helping people develop independence, daily living skills and confidence. The role includes some personal care, delivered with dignity and respect. Residents enjoy active, meaningful lives with community outings, day trips, National Trust visits and ESPA’s educational and vocational opportunities. Full specialist training is provided.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Willing to work as part of a team and within protocols and guidelines
- Experience working with Autistic adults is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided
- High level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery
- Level of fitness that enables participation in activities as part of agreed programmes
- A clean driving licence would be advantageous, although not essential
