If you’re a proven new‑business hunter with a track record of selling into operational, technical, and estates leadership, this role offers the autonomy, impact, and earning potential you’re looking for.

The company provides a modern, cloud‑based platform used by organisations across sectors such as healthcare, education, manufacturing, property management and corporate estates.

Their solutions empower teams to improve asset visibility, streamline maintenance workflows, drive compliance, and enhance operational performance — replacing outdated systems with a single source of truth across the estate and asset lifecycle.

This is a business in growth mode, expanding its UK footprint and investing heavily in commercial capability.

You’ll take full ownership of new business growth, targeting mid‑market and enterprise organisations undergoing digital transformation of their estates or maintenance operations.

You will:

  • Identify, engage and win new clients within asset‑intensive environments
  • Sell into senior decision‑makers: Heads of Estates, Directors of Facilities, Maintenance Leaders, Ops Directors, CIOs
  • Lead complex consultative sales cycles from prospecting to close
  • Build strong commercial cases around efficiency, compliance, visibility, and operational improvement
  • Work closely with product and tech specialists to shape tailored solutions
  • Influence GTM activity and help shape the next stage of commercial expansion

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT services, SaaS, or software‑led digital transformation sales
  • A strong track record in winning new business and hitting targets
  • Experience selling into estates, facilities, maintenance, operations, or similar technical/operational functions
  • Based in (or easily accessible to) the South‑East for customer visits and occasional office collaboration
